It is a small volcanic island located 33 kilometers off the east coast of Taiwan, belonging to Taitung County. Noured by its distinctive green vegetation, it has an average temperature of 23.5 degrees Celsius, and summer temperatures can rise to more than 30 degrees. With a circumference of about 20 kilometers, you can easily ride a motorcycle around the island in an hour. The island has a 16.3-kilometer coast road around the island, with small caves, desolate beaches and steep green hills along the way. Attracting tourists with its turquoise blue waters and green hills, it is the perfect place to escape from Taiwan's crowded cities, where traffic is scarce and pollution-free. The island also offers world-class snorkeling and diving sites.
