The natural landscape is 348 meters high and has a circumference of 9.4 kilometers, making it one of the most famous landmarks in Australia. Formed over 600 million years ago, it is a sacred land of the local indigenous people, the Anan people. They hold an important position in their culture and spiritual beliefs, and many ancient stories and rituals related to them are closely linked to Uluru.
