The RX-78-2 Gundam was driven by Amro Ray, the son of Dr. Tim Ray, who developed the RX-78, by chance. The first generation Gundam, which left a great name in history, is probably the one that comes to mind when the word "Gundam" is mentioned. This aircraft is the second in the RX-78 series of the "V Plan", and was a participant in Gundam's first MS battle in history. It achieved miraculous results in the later stages of the one-year war and was referred to as the "White Devil" by Gene's military pilots.
