It is a self-propelled air defense system developed by Russia, and the NATO code name is SA-19 "Grisom". It integrates the capabilities of anti-aircraft guns and surface-to-air missiles, and is designed to provide infantry and tank regiments with all-weather low-altitude defense against low-flying aircraft, helicopters and cruise missiles. It was designed and produced by the KBP Instrument Design Bureau between 1970 and 1980, and was officially put into use in 1982. The main weapons include two 30mm 2A38 double-mounted automatic guns, which are effective against fast-moving targets. Based on a GM-352M tracked chassis, it is operated by four people.
