Ants

Ants are a type of insect animal in the family Antidae, order Hymenoptera. Ants have a small and elongated body, a larger head, and a pair of compound eyes and long antennae. There are many types of ants, with over 9000 known species in the world. China has identified over 600 species of ants. Ants are found in almost every corner of the land, except for the extreme cold areas above the snow line of the Earth's poles and high mountains. Ants have typical social group characteristics, including mutual cooperation in caring for their young, clear division of labor, and offspring taking care of the previous generation over a period of time. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that ants have the effects of disease resistance, anti-aging, anti rheumatism, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, and enhancing physical fitness.
