Reindeer are animals of the genus Reindeer in the family Deer of the order Artiodactyla. Reindeer have a larger body shape, with thick and dense fur all over their body. Their head is long and straight, their mouth is thick, their eyes are large, their neck is thick and short, their nostrils are large, and they do not have a nose mirror. They have short hairs on their nostrils, short tails, and wide hooves. Females have smaller horns than males. Reindeer have features such as a horse head, antlers, donkey body, and cow hooves, commonly known as "four unlike". Reindeer are widely distributed in the cold regions of northern Eurasia and North America, as well as southern Siberia, and generally inhabit coniferous forests in the cold temperate zone. Every year, reindeer conduct a large-scale migration that spans hundreds of kilometers, with female deer leading the entire migration team and male deer following closely behind.
