The Coelacanth beaked whale is a mammal of the genus Coelacanth in the family Coelacanthae of the order Cetacean. Also known as the Corvinus beaked whale, goose beaked whale, Corvinus beaked whale, or goose beaked whale, it is usually inconspicuous and rarely observed at sea, but it is a widely distributed and numerous beaked whale. The Coelacanth beaked whale is also the mammal with the deepest diving depth, with a record high of 2992 meters, slightly higher than the sperm whale. It can hold its breath for up to 2 hours in water. The Coelacanth beaked whale can be said to be found all over the world, mainly inhabiting deep waters from tropical to cold temperate zones.
