Gomphotherium is an extinct genus of long nosed animals, also known as triceratops or quadrilateralis. The toothed elephant lived two to three million years ago, in Europe (including France, Germany, and Austria), North America (Kansas, USA), Asia (Pakistan), and Africa (Kenya) from the early Miocene to the early Miocene. Mainly living in forests Lowlands in river and lake areas.
