The humpback whale is a mammal belonging to the family Cetaceae in the order Cetaceae, also known as the large winged whale, humpback whale, saw arm whale, and sperm carrying whale. The lifespan is 60-70 years. Humpback whales are distributed in various oceans around the world, especially in the Antarctic waters. Distributed in the Yellow Sea, East China Sea, and South China Sea in China. They feed on krill and small migratory fish. Not very large in groups, usually paired for companionship. Regular north-south migration occurs every year. Due to its high utilization value, humpback whales have become the third most abundant whaling species in the world, but their numbers are decreasing. They have been listed in Appendix I of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, and are recognized as nationally protected wildlife.
