Agaricus bisporus is a fungus belonging to the family Agaricus and genus Agaricus, also known as mushrooms or foreign mushrooms. The fruiting body of Agaricus bisporus is medium-sized, with a cap width of 5-12 centimeters. It is initially semi spherical, then flattened, smooth, slightly dry and gradually yellow in color. The edges are initially inward rolled. Mushroom flesh is brown, thick, and slightly turns pale red after injury, with a unique mushroom odor. The fungal folds are initially pink, later turning brown to black brown, dense, narrow, free, unequal in length, with a stalk length of 4.5-9 cm and a thickness of 1.5-3.5 cm. They are brown, smooth, silky, nearly cylindrical, and have a soft or medium solid interior. The fungal ring is single-layer, white, membranous, and in the middle of the stalk, they are prone to detachment.
