It is a propeller type strategic bomber from the United States. The B-29 bomber has a flat wing four engine aerodynamic layout, named after the B-17 bomber. It was the main bomber of the US Army Air Force on the Asian battlefield during World War II and was also the largest aircraft in various air forces at that time. This aircraft is mainly used for strategic bombing and long-range bombing missions, and can also be used as an anti submarine, reconnaissance, and aerial refueling aircraft. It utilizes advanced technology at the time and is known as a "super airborne fortress". The first flight was on September 21, 1942. In August 1945, atomic bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan.
