The flowering period is from April to May, and the fruiting period is from June to August. It is concentrated in the southwestern and southern regions of China. Rhododendrons prefer acidic and fertile soil. Enduring shade and preferring warmth, evergreen rhododendrons can only grow well in humid and cool mountain air.
