This small statue was carved by Pierre Franqueville (also known as Pietro Francavilla or Petrus a Francville) and is one of the three models recorded in the Jagiellonian Library collection as early as 1783. Pietro Francavilla (1547-1615) was a Flemish French sculptor working in Italy. The statue is currently located at the Museum of Jaegelon University in Poland.
