"The Girl Who Throws Bones" is a statue depicting a young girl playing a game of bone dice. This ancient Roman marble statue can be traced back to around 1500 AD and was restored by Italian sculptor Giuseppi Angelini (1735-1811) in the 18th century. The statue was originally a collection of Charles Townley, who described it as the image of Diana lying down, dressed in tight clothing, with her left hand supporting her body and her right hand extending forward.
