Oak trees

Oak (also known as oak or oak) is a general term for plants in the family Fagaceae, including species in the genera Quercus, Cyclobalanopsis, and Cobra. It usually refers to plants in the genus Quercus, not a specific tree species. There are 615 species in the genus Quercus, of which 450 are from the subgenus Quercus and 188 are from the subgenus Cyclobalanopsis. Its fruit is called oak, and its wood is commonly referred to as oak. Oak trees mostly grow in the Northern Hemisphere. About 200-250 species of oak trees are distributed in the Americas, and more than 300 species of oak trees grow in Asia, Europe, and northern Africa. Although China has more than 50 species of Quercus species, most of them are distributed in hilly and mountainous areas, and autumn leaf trees are mostly found in autumn. The lack of planting has affected its application in landscaping and greening.
