On the eve of the CES exhibition, Samsung officially released its new smart camera NX300, which is obviously an upgraded model of the previous generation NX210. Although it is on par with the old product in terms of pixels, it uses a brand new sensor with a phase/contrast hybrid focusing system, which takes the focusing speed to the next level. In addition to the hybrid focusing system, this NX300 features a brand new 3.31 inch 800 x 480 resolution OLED touchscreen, with a maximum continuous shooting speed of 8.6 frames per second. The camera processor has been upgraded to the new DRIME IV.
