The Water Arrow Turtle is a water attribute Pok é mon, which is a large turtle shaped Pok é mon that mainly walks on two legs. It sometimes also walks on four legs. The water arrow turtle has a dark blue body. Its front and back limbs are short and sturdy, divided into segments due to joints, and both have three toes. Its tail is no longer like waves, but has become a thick and short blue tail. Its chin is light yellow, and its ears are triangular. Its trunk is covered with a huge and thick turtle shell, with a brown back and a pale yellow belly with white edges between. Two water cannons protrude from the front end of the turtle shell, which can be retracted into the turtle shell.
