It is a venomous snake species living in North America, belonging to the Viperidae family. The body is usually larger, with a sturdy body, a triangular head, and vertical pupils in the eyes. Mainly by sensing heat sources to locate prey, preying on small mammals, birds, and lizards. Venom contains various neurotoxins and blood toxins, which can quickly incapacitate prey. Despite their strong toxicity, rattlesnakes generally do not attack humans without reason and only engage in defensive attacks when threatened.
