Sylvanas Windwalker is one of the important characters in Blizzard Entertainment's large-scale multiplayer online role-playing game World of Warcraft. Sylvanas was once the ranger general of Silvermoon City, killed and resurrected by Arthas in the defense of Silvermoon City, and forced to serve for the Scourge Legion. Afterwards, due to the loss of Alsace's power, Sylvanas broke free from Alsace's control and led the Forgotten to join the tribe. During the fourth invasion of the Burning Legion, former tribal chief Wokin died in battle, and Sylvanas succeeded Wokin as the tribal chief.
