The holding moon vase is a type of porcelain from the Qing Dynasty. Also known as the "Treasure Moon Bottle". Small mouth, straight neck, with two ears on the neck side, named because the bottle belly resembles a full moon. The appearance first originated from the pottery horse hanging bottle popular in the Western Xia Dynasty during the Song and Yuan dynasties, which is double tied on both sides and used to hang on the side of the saddle, with strong ethnic characteristics. One of the common artifacts in the Jingdezhen kilns of Yongle and Xuande in the Ming Dynasty, it was fired in the early Yongzheng period and later stopped. During the Qianlong period, it was also fired, mostly in blue and white.
