Also known as the double horned rhinoceros, it is the smaller of the five existing rhinoceros species, mainly distributed in southern and eastern Africa. Their body length can reach 3 to 3.75 meters, shoulder height is about 1.5 to 1.8 meters, and weight is generally 800 to 1400 kilograms. The most prominent feature is that their skin is dark gray or brown, almost black, and thick with protective effects. The head has two corners, with the front corner being longer and the back corner being shorter. Poor vision, but very keen sense of smell and hearing. It is a herbivorous animal that mainly feeds on shrubs, herbaceous plants, and fruits. In the wild, they usually live alone and only form small groups when mating or raising young.
