The estuarine crocodile is the largest known reptile on Earth. Adult estuarine crocodiles can grow up to 5-7 meters in length and weigh 500-1400 kilograms. The estuarine crocodile has a fierce and strong temperament, and is a good swimmer. Its distribution range is very wide, mainly in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, the Malay Archipelago, and the most concentrated in northern Australia.
