This statue is a marble statue from the Roman era, from Tivoli, Italy in the 2nd century AD. It imitates the bronze statue of Greek sculptor Kresilas. The statue of Pericles wears a helmet pushed up to his head, also imitating early Greek originals. The height of this statue is 58.42 centimeters and is currently on display at the British Museum.
