Spruce is a perennial green tree that inhabits mountainous and river valleys at elevations of 2000 meters (6600 feet) to 3800 meters (12500 feet). The Hardness Zones are classified as 6-7 zones, requiring sufficient sunlight, a humid environment, good drainage, and neutral to acidic soil. It can grow in poor or strongly acidic soil, but cannot adapt to air pollution environments. It grows slowly and often gathers in natural environments to form vast pure forests, resembling white clouds from afar, hence the name Spruce.
