Claude Monet is a French Impressionist painter, known as one of the important representatives of the Impressionist movement. He was born in 1840 in the suburbs of Paris, France and was an independent artist who had a profound impact on the development of modern art. In painting, he emphasizes the expression of light and color, and depicts natural landscapes by capturing the instantaneous changes in natural light. He often paints outdoors, capturing scenery at different times and under different weather conditions, in order to capture changes in light and atmosphere. He mainly creates landscape paintings, especially water and garden landscapes.
