Terminator 2 is a light gun shooting video game based on the movie of the same name, produced by Midway Manufacturing in 1991 for the video game hall. Developed in sync with the movie, several actors in the movie replayed their roles in the game as part of the realistic digital images. The plot of the game largely follows the movie, with up to two players playing the T-800 Terminator cyborg from the movie and being sent back to protect John Connor from the assassination of the T-1000 Terminator
